A few months ago we were in the market for a good car with low miles and good gas mileage for my husband to drive back and forth to work and school. We found a great deal at Hilltop, meeting our needs exactly. We did run into a complication with the vehicle after a few weeks however Hilltop made sure to take care of the problem and we are very pleased with the service and care we have received.
Bought a 2008 Chevy Colorado from Hilltop without Warranty because they said it didn't qualify. Head gasket blew after only 1300 miles of driving. I only had the vehicle for about 2 months before it gave up on me. Called and asked to see if they could help or allow me to trade it back in since they sold it to me and they said no. Now I'm 13,000 in debt with an auto loan for a truck that doesn't work and no where will take it with a head gasket problem. I would recommend people stay away from Hilltop.

I had a fantastic experience with Hilltop Motors. In May, I traveled from Chicagoland to Hilltop Motors in Missouri to pick up a specific car I had been searching for which Hilltop Motors priced fairly. I dealt with the team over the phone for out of state paper work and loan info, which they were prompt with. I was greeted with great customer service when I arrived and I enjoyed my test drive. I had the keys after about 30 minutes of sorting out final papers. I returned home that day and the vehicle worked like a charm during the 7 hour haul. About 7 days later, the new car had an engine emission light come on. I called Hilltop motors and explained that I needed new spark plugs and a wiring harness. They didn't hesitate to pay the repairs here in Illinois and my car has't had any issues the past three months of driving.
I would recommend to anyone in the area. It was worth the 14 hour round trip for me.
